After the beta finishes, should we keep our beta client installed for a patch up to live or are we doing to need to download a whole new version/install from disk and patch?
I've played many Betas and every one required a full reinstall.
RIFT, Trion's first MMO "allowed" us to upgrade the client. IIRC however, it wasn't recommended. I would say if you are going live from physical discs OR if you have a good internet connection go with a fresh install. If you are getting a digital download AND have a slow internet, try the upgrade approach.
