lol, i bought a role of ground sausage and figured, hey why not make a sausage/egg/hashbrown omelette, then saw i had no potatoes as i make my hashbrowns home made, but i saw i had a bag of fries and figured what the hell lmao...kids loved it, their lil bellies were just a pokin out, they instantly went into a food coma lmao

Have you tried squeezing a lime over steak? Use a little salt too. The flavor is of its own, and I cannot get enough of it.

Works best if you slice the steak up in thin strips, lightly salt it, flash fry in a pan with some oil. Immediately squeeze lime over steak as soon as you take it out the pan. You can put it in tacos (I use lightly toasted corn tortillas), on some rice, straight or anyway you choose to take it; but it's good.

thats how i make my London broil steak lol...i would definitely use rice and if youre gonna use lime, you can even use some avocado and make like a dipping sauce

I am personally not an avocado/guacamole fan. I use a salsa verde consisting of Tomatillos, Serrano pepper, a jalapeno, a little bit of a white onion, few pieces of garlic, cilantro, lime juice and salt.

Usually end up putting some corn tortillas in the deep fryer and make a seemingly unlimited supply of tortilla chips.

If you like fried food you should try a pansteak..... It seems kinda weird but it tastes great. Take a ruladen steak and put a light dry rub on it (I used a little bit of salt and some fresh cracked peppercorns of varying color) leave it in the fridge for a couple hours. Now make up some pancake batter but leave out most of the sugar. Once you have both prepared dredge the steak in flour and coat in pancake batter, then proceed to deep fry till golden brown. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy (: for those wondering why I tried it in the first place, I wanted a pancake and a steak so I made both at the same time and me and my roommates pigged out on a fair few of them that night.

Definitely going to try. I have tried sausage with the pancake outer layer in the deep fryer, but it didn't turn out so well. Haven't tried since.

Ruladen is thin enough to cook as fast as the batter.... Tried it with a thicker cut of steak and it didn't turn out as well, most of the crispy batter got ruined by the steak juices

Yes, for the sausage I think I need to precook it, then batter it. I think I will try this later today.

EDIT: nom nom nom
