If only! Steam will put it right in your library unless you had previously registered it through them. That means, if you didn't have it before, you're stuck with it now.

oh true, forgot it only goes to inventory if you have it, but I wonder if it might be different since it's a DLC and you don't have the base game

in theory it might if you can get the dlc cd key and redeem it in your rift account..
it would be better if you had rift from steam

i got deluxe cause it comes in with 30days xp and script boost
grinding to max level is long grind and i prefer every boost i can use...
i know you can buy boost from the item mall in-game but extra 20euro for all the **** it comes with sounded nice deal to me..

Not necessarily much less, might also be a case of people who were on the fence now see the extra rewards (which is clearly more than anywhere else) and decides to pre-order . When it was sitting at 80%, even myself thought it will probably not reach Tier 1 and i figured i probably don't need to buy on Steam specifically, but now that it's unlocked, alot more reason to buy on Steam....
