Could you clarify that a bit? I'll admit Ive not paid much attention to the timing of a Siege or too many details.

Usually for me its: see a siege on distant part of map, fast travel to close point, drive crazily till I hit siege, car explodes, I roll out and fire until I run out of stuff to shoot. Or, as they used to say, Vini Vidi Vici.

Usually, if Im lucky its not past stage 2 or 3. Ive only been to a couple from stage 1 but Ive never noticed how much time starts on the clock.

When you say the timer or the wave doesnt start until a point is captured, do you mean by the enemy? Or are the devices already under enemy control when a Siege starts and you mean by Arkhunters?

I don't think the control points have anything to do with the time, the time seems to be 15 mins no matter what. I think it would be cooler if controlling increased your time, but I don't think it does. Honestly, I'm not sure what the control points do. I guess it increases your score, but using nothing but a SAW I come in the top 3 every time unless I get there late. I'm not even sure what the score means, it's not like I'm getting oranges from doing these. Usually a purple and a blue.

People complain about too many people being at these, but I play early AM pacific mostly, I wish there were more people at them. It's basically impossible to get very far unless you have a decent number of people. When I go to the busy ones it gets to stage 10-13 usually, when I show up to one in the middle of the night and there's like 6 people there, you get to stage 7 or 8 maybe.

Even with a lot of people we tend to onoy get 7-9 but thats probably more to do with the others just running around to the nearest red dot, I played a lot of horde in gears and I dont want to say people cant play the game the way they want but seiges would be so much easier if people naturally split into groups and well controlled a point if you take sides or areas around a point its easier to control the oncoming enemies and get better waves you have to break ranks for large bosses fair enough I would love to do a seige with a proper group think it would be tons of fun.

I've been fortunate enough that I've gotten to the Siege first. When you first get there, all Nodes are under enemy control - goo bubble and all. Around each Node is a small group of enemies. After you capture the first Node, the wave and timer starts. Waves advance based on enemies killed and controlling nodes is irrelevant to this as far as I can tell. Take this with a grain of salt though, this is based on my observations so keep an eye out for developments on your own.

    Also, Nice Caesar quote.

If you do not control all the points and kill all the mobs the siege ends on that stage.

I have had a siege end early because all the mobs were dead, but the point was no recaptured.

Depending which siege it is how long they run roughly.

Balinas will typically run to 9 or 10. The mobs in the middle point that spawn up top of the refinery are usually why it ends.

Chinatown can run up to stage 13 I have seen. Might be a 14 not sure, the stage timer is at like 20 seconds for stage 13. Seen it end as early as 9.

Diablo can run to 9 I think. It usually ends early because everything is not dead. People tend to neglect point B and C. I have seen it end around 6 or 7 usually. I think part of the problem is the advanced weapons do not get used properly, ie kill the monarchs.

Kenn farm, no idea, only done it once.

I can confirm that Chinatown can go to 14. Got 12K Ark Salvage from breaking the gear that dropped on it.

Would it be cool if all of a sudden everybody froze, couldn't damage the zombies, and then disconnected? Because that's the most likely outcome.
