Just found this link which seems like the a far more realistic price jump. Most of what I originally heard was hearsay and internet rumor, but not one without merit. as anyone who bought games for the Neo Geo can attest, some game companies will demand prices the market cannot maintain.

Personally I would expect more of a $20 hike for the next generation, which would mean I'm waiting until they have a greatest hit line. Although on a realated note does anyone remember what PS one games cost when the system first launched?

I have been an xbox owner since day 1 but I am really disappointed with what I am hearing about the XB1. I am thinking I may just stick to playing PC games but I really want to play Destiny. Since the PS controller have always been an absolute deal breaker for me I am torn, I want to play Destiny but I dont wanna buy the XB1 or PS4...what to do, what to do.

Because Microsoft are known for their amazing servers. I mean you never get disconnect from xbox live.
