Accuracy & Scopes: Y'all Ever Gonna Sort this Out?

Maybe I missed something, but I haven't heard a peep on this issue from Trion since the initial "fix".

Why does this game not seem to understand how this game works? How are we to understand a game that can't figure itself out?

Scopes (which, I assume, improve accuracy) give a negative accuracy bonus to the weapon (-0.x accuracy).
However, the only guns with a displayed accuracy stat show that higher accuracy is superior (green) to lower accuracy (red) when compared to each other.

Which is it? It should really be one or the other, not both. Either make them compatible or change the terminology for one of them.

Try searching. Been discussed many times. - accuracy makes your target reticle smaller therefore increasing accuracy. It is stupid that the higher number is green and lower is red though, no clue why they did that.

Three scopes have been fixed; the most common ones for the Sniper rifles and/or ARs. This was relayed to us by Sledgehammer70 or Myll_ just recently, within the past 3 or 4 days i think
"Bugs?!?! Why did it have to be bugs?"
"I wanna see bullets flyin' and Hellbugs dyin'!"
"Only thing worse than a zombie is a flamin' zombie!"

I know it's been discussed, I've been part of some of those discussions. My problem is that they apparently use the same word to mean two contradictory things on different weapon types. Either that or there is a display error (the red and green are reversed) that should be fixed.

What confuses a lot of players is that there is accuracy (hip-fire) and then there is aim accuracy (scoped/zoomed). In the case of the sniper rifles the scopes nerf your hip fire accuracy but increase/improve your aim accuracy...at least they do now. Although the text on the mod description is inaccurate, or at the very least misleading, the effect works as it should. I put a sharpshooter scope on a bolt sniper a couple of days ago and had a hard time not getting a critical hit! Even while moving my shots seemed to find their mark with eerie consistency.
