I understand that Defiance is a massive undertaking; I can deal with some of the bugs in the game and getting booted once maybe twice a day. However, I do not understand how you can worry about a bit sales or adding new stuff to the store, before you fix the problems with the game. You have been told that there is major lag in the server, massive booting problems. When people report a bug the case gets closed with you saying “we need more information”. Example, I reported a problem saying that the roller and runner license pursuits were not counting power-slides. You closed the case saying that you needed more information. Really! How much more information do you need? But from reading the forum, one has to wonder if anyone reads the bug reports. So with people running away from this game in mass, do you really think new clothing in the store is important right now? I love this game and the concept behind it. But the bugs need to be fixed and servers added to handle the load of the people logging in. if you fix the problems more people world play and pay for the stuff in the store. So can we please get this game working right?
