Same here. Mine hasn't frozen (knock on wood) but I do keep getting the sign in change error and won't connect to servers. Only once has it said that the servers are down for maintenance.
CMOM man. The fix is everywhere. It would take you less time to make a new post than to find the fix. It's on the first page multiple times.
You have to delete and re download your profile from Xbox (profile only, not with items).

Try deleting your profile (only profile and NOT items)
Then recover your profile, worked for me with the sign in changed issue.
This worked for me also. Its a pain but it works great now. Wish i had found this Friday.
