Is this a decent scope and what is Movement Accuracy?

I got a Mobile Adjustment Scope II for pistols.

Stats

Accuracy : +0.20
Movement Accuracy : x1.10

Accuracy has me screwed up with the whole snipe scope bugs we had.

I think this scope makes accuracy while standing still worse but when moving better. I'm not positive though because they got accuracy all messed up in this game.

Accuracy seems to effect the spread of the bullets for SMG/LMG. +Accuracy makes the spread a bit wider while Movement Accuracy seems to decrease the cross hair size while moving compared to what it usually is while moving. In this case you are sacrificing one for the other. With pistols, the above mod will be useful if you don't tend to look down the sights a lot (right click) and you usually fire from the hip.
