    I find it amusing that there are any npc that don't behave like the others. I would assume, like a lot of games and cgi characters, that Elite 99rs have a different personality than Hellbugs. If this has already been programmed, why would one single enemy be glitching/not attacking? Like someone pasted in a 'dumb' version that hadn't be programmed yet?

    I would assume that when the map was designed a prefab with the wrong personality rules was inadvertently grabbed from a menu that contained hundreds.

    I suppose...but do you think that, for instance, a Elite 99er Blacklung has more than one personality type? So in my mind there should have been a menu with one of each enemy type...but that is my logic.

    The most likely scenario is that there are a bunch of personality rules, these are then attached to a model along with separate rules that determine damage, health etc. these models and attached rules are then bundled together as a prefab (or whatever Trion calls them) I would guess that there a a whole bunch of different prefabs per mob for their different uses in the game.

    im loving the new plague things...kinda like capture and hold...damn some of those afflicted can take a beating lmao
    life is chock full of shtako, so make sure you bring plenty of toilet paper

    yeah i agree, i think the most i saw was 2 going on at 1 time and that was about an hr and a half ago...1 was in chinatown and the other was in sausalito, had to pick and that sucked lol, so i chose the chinatown cuz i hadnt done that 1 yet but i love the hell out of those things lol
