No, you can buy it from the Soleptor Enterprises Vendor at The Crater. Don't bother getting the blue version, it's identical to the green, and much more expensive.

Xbox NA -- In-game name Deikon. Current EGO 50xx. PvP done: None. Main quest done: finally completed (that 4k ego nim pistol looks good to). Side missions left to do: 90%+. Clan: Freemasons. How I occupy my game time....I shoot things, lots of things.
If you can find one, put the -.3 Accuracy and +85% Movement Accuracy scope on that pistol, it makes running head shots super easy.Making a second attempt at getting this thread going. Hopefully people aren't too lazy to participate7

TACC looks to be using a recoil stock, stabilization scope, some sort of barrel, and...nano conversion mag...?
