What is this?? I have completed all side quests. This popped up on me and then disappeared when I got there.

It's not there for me now. Luckily I was recording when I spotted it. It isn't listed as a side quest for San Francisco.

I had something similar happen after i completed the story. A side mission popped up then disapeared before i could get to it. Maybe just a bug. Hopefully this thread will bring it to trions attention though.

I thought it might be something upcoming that isn't supposed to be there yet.

It is one of the road events in san fran that is giving a repeatable quest at the end, that you need to deliver at the Overpass dropbox.
As far as i know it gives you XP and 1 ..yes 1 reputaion with Top Notch

Seen and done it a couple of times now.
So if it disapears before you got there it already despawned because some other peep(s) completed it.

i think that quest only appears after you clear out one of those scrapper emergencies.. ive done one where after killing them and it was finished an object appeared that gives you a quest to take the plans to the mailbox at the underpass.. maybe that is what you seen.. because it disappears after someone accepts the quest

That makes sense. Someone else was there at the time.
