First of all, it is difficult to keep up with thousands of reports daily for a small group to handle within a hour. If you expect service with this known then you'd have no problem waiting for them to get to you, but if you throw a fit every time you don't get an instant response and fix to your problem only then you should rethink your idea of gaming and play board games in the floor. Nothing is perfect but atleast Trion tries to fix everything they can as quick as they can. Me, personally, every ticket I have submitted has been answered and addressed either within hours or a couple of days. So, my suggestion is simple, cut them some slack, enjoy the game for what it is, a game, and lay off the drugs as your screen name implies that you use 'cause it's obviously affecting your ability to control emotion. I am sorry if this post seems a bit harsh.
