Solo only missons...what?

I've come across a few missons, side and main, that require you to leave your group and stay out of it in order for you to complete it. I get the point of making missons "solo friendly" but to force it down our throats like this is annoying. I hope this is fixed in the final build. Anyone else run into a problem like this?

It didn't 'kick' me and my friend from our group. It just made us physically leave each other. But I've heard of other people having your problem, or maybe it's me that it glitched for!
Hopefully they will sort it out for the final game.
