So What are we the customers getting since we wasted $60.00 on the game, over $50.00 in boost and other things, You guys have had non-stop issues with this game, I purchased bits and then purchased 23 teir 4 lockboxes and after counting the items they only add up to 7 teir 4 boxes I have contact IN GAME Support Desk it has been 3 weeks the first replay I had was a copy and paste answer to check my Claim items, I have already did that, Before I could reply back letting them know there were not any items in my claim area they close my ticket so i opened a new one for them to give me another copy and pasted answer of its been sent up to a higher level to look into my issue, 3 weeks later I have a new response after requesting a update they reply with 7w that's it nothing else and then closed my ticket, I would like to know why we are not getting 50% boost for all perks for all the downtime TRion has had to fix issues, There was a day the server was down for 13 hours and we got nothing for it, I may be the only one posting this but I promise I am not the only one Feeling this way, Other people don't want to post things like this because they know the tread will be locked or the person will be banned from forums or something like that, I am 85% sure this comment will be deleted, so that trion wont have issue with people requesting stuff for all the downtime, TRION would rather us the customers buy bits for boost then give some away free for their issues.
