How can I say this? Well, when people paychecks are on the line, you would be utterly surprised how quickly they can get things done right.

All this free weekend whatever stuff is just panic stuff to string players along till the next patch day in hopes that maybe they did something right and will quit hemorrhaging players. To date, they have not even managed to pull off a patch right.
Do you also believe that if everyone just quit buying gas for a week that prices would drop dramatically? Short term boycotts don't work. The only kind of boycott that works are the long term or permanent kind. How can I say this? Many years of business experience.

Just my thought as what i do most now is log on, check the clan, do my dailies, log off.
The monotony of the contracts is bad enough, I don't think doing twice as much of them at some kind of in game cost is gonna make anything any better.
What I do most now is look at defiance community page, check for dlc, be slightly disappointed at no dlc, watch Netflix to cheer myself up.

Heh, the DLC comes out. People finish in a week. Then what?

Random, mission, generator, just saying. I know they usually fall along the lines of generic "go kill that thing over there" but at least the locations and encounters would be random and would create at least some semblance of something new.

Sounds like 85% of side missions right now.

Well like I said in the rest of that quote, at least it would be "something." What do you want, developers to be at a computer to conjure up a reasonable quest at the touch of a button? That's what random is. Please don't tell me you think doing emergencies that play out in the exact same locations in the same exact way that lasts less than 3 minutes is any better?

Throwing it out there for conversation. I saw a few ideas:

    1. Random Mission Generator
    2. Resetting Side Missions
    3. More contracts or non stop Faction rep emergencies
    Clan Exodus
    PS3 - GT: NeVaDiE305 In-Game: Greyce
