I read a post that it was quiet over the bonus xp weekend. I found doing roadside sample collection and road blocks the quickest way to get xp (except the plague roadblocks-low xp for the time).
I went to a number of "yellow" dot incidents (sample collection and road blocks) and found I just had to get the samples and the quest was finished with the xp jumping on the screen.
I'm wondering if people kill the hell bugs, elites and everything else, see no xp or any notice of completion and just leave!
Another reason could be, when I die at a roadside (giant hulked spawns, with Hell bugs at a plague road block-unsurvivable) , I can not access the map to see where I am to come back and finish it. Some times the spawn point is miles away from the quest I got killed at. If I do not know the area well, I can't find my way back.
I would have found 7 such world quests (where I only had to do the easiest thing to complete it) in the space of an hr this morning. Good for me, but bad for the poor player who did the hard work and logged out.
