No it's not out yet.
Trion will announce it in full twitter/facebook/forum/Badlands/TVCommercial glory when it is out.
THEY will announce it we will all know and it will be the talk of the town.
It will not be released in the middle of the night, with zero fanfare or glory - you didn't miss anything.

I dont think anything specific has been announced

apparently acording to the episode 8 of across the badlands this question was asked by another viewer and the reply was tht apparently trion are still working on it,ah to have faith in the dev's the question is will they or won't they,i can understand what you are saying your getting bored hell i would be to alot of people like yourself are getting unpatient,people are getting sick of hearing "were working on it"or "when we know you'll know"i think people have got a right to know whats happening after all we did buy the season pass.
