March starts at 9:00pm (Michigan time zone) at Iron Demon Ranch

Pre March Activities start at 8:00pm (Michigan time zone)
We have many organized events this time around! All spread out on the grounds of Iron Demon Ranch. (We think this might help with the server load by spreading everyone out a bit. Area chat and area text should be easier to use!)

• Swap Meet - Located east of the main barn, by the tractor in the small building
Easy enough! Show up and trade...
• Car Show - Located west of the merchant
Show off your favorite vehicle!
• Dance Off - Located on the second floor of the main barn
By using the in game Emotes, create a series of dance moves!
• Trivia Game - Located at the Solar panels east of the merchant
We've figured out a way to use the solar panels as a game platform! The Trivia leader will ask questions based on A, B and C answers. Players then stand on the platform assigned to each letter based on their decision to the question.
• Vehicle Races - within the grounds, following the dirt roads
We have a track chosen and will run each race in groups of three. The leader of this event will group invite the three players racing so they can keep track of each player and be able to determine the winner of each race! Each winner will progress to the semi finals and ultimately to the Finals!
• Contests with prizes! (Many purple weapons, shields and grenades and plenty of script!)

During the event, if you get a Trade Invite from me... it means your getting a free item so accept the invite!

Death March III Route
Takeover KTAM Radio Station!Starting at the main gates of Iron Demon Ranch, following the road we head west to Tranquility Gate. Then turning north traveling through Bloodbath Gorge and wind back south towards Collective Plaza. Finally ending with a takeover of the KTAM Radio Station!

What is a Death March?
It is an organized mob or group of players with a defined path to travel on foot decimating everything on the way! Emergencies were being completed before EGO had a chance to finish announcing it in the first place!

Please be aware:
Instances cause you to change phases and disband you from the group.
Arkfalls that are close to the path of the march are encouraged. 3rd World Tactics leaders (listed below) should be used as "go to" points to regroup afterwards.
Emergencies are the focus and will happen off of the road as well. Be aware of the group on your mini map if we move off the road in pursuit. Again, like Arkfalls, our leaders will act as your "go to" for regrouping.

How do you join the fun?
You do not have to be in our clan. ANYONE is welcome! Yes even "that guy"
Send a friend request to myself or any of our leaders (PSN Capattac) to fast travel to me(us). You might be able to search in game and travel that way? If you play as a group or are in a clan, have just one from your party send the request then that player can act as your fast travel once they are with us.

BONUS CHALLENGE
Since "I" screwed up with the video (e)… What better way then build it into a contest!!!

3rd World Tactics will plan a total of six Death March events. Each video will feature a "misspelled" word. All six videos will be available on YouTube. After the final video is posted, I will create a contest thread and the first timestamped post with the correct word… GETS AN ORANGE WEAPON! Say a Orange VOT Pulser… And since we have four more weeks to grind I might even be able to offer a selection to choose from! I currently have several nice ones...

I just had to reply to this!!! I'm on the xBox so I cannot attend, super bummed about that. I have only been playing Defi for about 2 weeks now, and despite all of the server/game issues, I absolutely love the game. Haven't really played much PvP, but the co-op and PvE are just so fun. And it is things like this that make it all worthwhile. The little things and the big things that players can do with players. Be it a Death March, a silly-well-timed emote, or a jump for joy after a random revive at an Arkfall.

I hope that maybe there will be something like this in our little world on the other side of the Defiance-verse. Thank you for making my day, keep up the good fight.

Since I'll be trying to supervise the swap meet, I thought I'd give everyone an idea of how to keep this orderly. We'll have a podium, okay so it's a chicken cage, for a seller to jump up on one at a time. Hopefully everyone will have a keyboard plugged in that is selling so they can post in area what they have to trade. Someone gets interested in your good or several someones, then you lot partner up and move to the side to make the deal in a private group so no one else knows your business. Then, the next seller jumps up and finds a buyer/trader.

It'll hopefully go as simple as that. If anyone has any special items they want to advertise ahead of time or if there's anything exact that you're looking to obtain, then pm me by Saturday 10:00 AM so I can have time to compile any requests and offers. I've found in the past that people can pass by each other at a swap meet that could make a deal, but just miss each other and never connect. So if those that are looking for something especially let the organizer know ahead of time, then a lot of times that connection is easier to make with sellers that arrive at all different times to events.

I'm looking forward to having a good time this weekend. Everyone come out and join up with us from 3rd World Tactics and get in on the good times.
