That's cool, I'm not leaning either way at the moment really. They say the cable box replacement may not support DVR, that's a deal breaker for me.

After the cable thing it comes down to exclusives for me, and honestly neither camp has shown me anything that makes me just wanna rush out and spend a car payment for a console. I can get a few more years outta the 360 for now.

You have plenty time to save for a console for the holidays. I already pre-ordered both consoles on Amazon. That's $898 with no taxes. I got Amazon Prime so both of my consoles with be delivered at my house at launch. I ain't standing in some long azz line like GameStop, Best Buy or Wal-Mart and it end up being sold out. It might be cold as hell around the holiday times lol. My sh*t's coming straight to the house.

You actually will have to be a PS+ subscriber to play games online.

All you can do offline is play single-player games and access your media services.
It's at about 1:17:44 that he starts talking about the PS+.
So yeah....now you'll have to bust out some jaja to pay for that lol

All Micro Transactions go to Sony.

So all things considered yeah free game built by the developer of the ps4. Of course you can have a free game made by them. It would be stupid not too.

Nah most games are going the way of micro transactions. You make more money that way. Look at World of Tanks and wargaming.net. They went from a small time company to what they are now. People don't feel bad when they drop 5 to 10 bucks on a game. But when you have over 10 million people doing that well you get the picture.

Why do you think Rift is going F2P. More people willing to drop a couple of buck every now and again means big money. Heck look at defiance. A Pay and play forever with a Store for cosmetics, inventory space, and vanity items.

And everyone calls Microsoft $$$ little do some realize that Not only Sony has T.V.s, They have Blue Rays, Game systems, Software, Computers, LapTops, Tablets, Ereaders, Cameras, Camcorders, Home Audio systems, Personal Audio Systems, and Mobile Phones.

Microsoft has what the Xbox, SmartGlass software, Windows, and maybe cell phones.

Microsoft has the money to do a little here and a little there but sony has money galore and major diversification that if one part of their company isn't doing well the other parts can take up the slack.
Microsoft really doesn't have that luxury.

While everyone is calling M$ greedy. How many people own sony products?

I guess you need changeable hard drives because you will fill it with all the free crap games you get on ps plus that you must pay for now to play online
