ugh ok now to correct the msitakes
1) I can't see where this would ever happen unless you can't aford your internet bill, and if tahts the case buying a new system rally isn't a greta option. its like people who wanted to upgrade to an iphone from their old flip phone but dind't want to buy the data service. they caved on it cause its moving into the future.
2) more powerfull? based on what slightly faster ram? PS3 was more powerful then the 360 yet the 360 ran games better. the X1 will as well MS OS > SOny OS. devs make games for the 360 then port to PS3 same thing is happening here. the MS OS will run better then the sony OS. the sony OS is crap. its like blackberry compared to android. the blackberry OS is crap and outdated.
3) more exclsuives that aren't announced? thats like me syaing i have a 12 inch ***** but i'm not gonna show you. lets see what they have. the 3-4 they shown are unimpressive at best
4) both are aiming at gaming. sony is also aiming at TV or did you miss the 1st half of their conference that was all about TV. and they dind't do it as good as MS. SOny has never been about games. the PS2 was teh last time and it wasn't even about online play. MS has always been about games, community, friends, and online play. sony was about bluray and movies. they've never done anyhting to support online gaming. there online system for the PS4 will be worse then the original xbox's

For your first point. What about people who live in areas that are prone to storms and internet cutting out? Are they supposed to move house just to suit the console?
Secondly power is still power and plus majority of current gen games were being developed on the Xbox so the could be ported around, whereas next gen a lot of developers seem to be making the games on the PS4.
Thirdly the exclusive Sony shared was good enough. Just look at what Microsoft had to offer, there was nothing that even compared to The Order.
Finally looking at how they have set it up Microsoft have gone much more heavily into Media, most of the stuff isn't needed at all for a gaming console. It is basically a Media Centre, whereas Sony have done some media but their main focus is what a gaming console should be and that is gaming.

There are many reasons to buy Paystation over Xbox. For example, the ability to play offline for more than 24 hours. Then the console is actually more powerful than the Xbox. Next Playstation actually care about their customers and give them free content to show this. Also Sony said they had other exclusives that they are yet to announce. They announced one Exclusive being The Order : 1886 pretty much eclipsed everything Microsoft have exclusively. Also the most important part is that Sony are aiming their console at gaming and not Media. Which makes it a far superior gaming console which is what I want to do, Game not watch TV. I am sorry I thought the point of a gaming console was for gaming not for househould media. I must have misunderstood what a Gaming Console is. Also what is the point in the camera? So Microsoft can spy on you. I am fine thanks. I have played all consoles on this generation and I stuck to Xbox because it was easier for me to stay in contact with the people I talk to and I could use it to talk to them all. Microsoft is giving old games to customers for free because people keep *****ing about their xbox live costs. Ooooh, assassin's creed two for free. Who the hell cares?

Voice controlled system that's easy to use? Because pushing some buttons was too difficult right? How many voice controlled systems have you ever seen that don't totally suck? "Start game: Halo". Response - "Shutting down."

Sony didn't feature their Move stuff because they know that only little children playing those lame Dancing games care about Movement technology. Sony is making a console for real, grown up gamers. Xbox is making a console for kids and for their parents, hence the all in one media center.

They've lost a lot of their big name exclusives because the games did so incredibly well that they've grown to be too big to be an exclusive. Really the only game that will always be an exclusive is Halo because it's pretty much completely owned by Microsoft. Normally, the only exclusive games are newer start-ups.

Yet they have stuck with gaming, but they are also branching out and reaching other media platforms and making it much more accessible now for gamers. A lot of gamers watch tv no surprise there and now it is even better with xbox one. I have not seen anything that makes the ps4 clearly better just like the ps3 was supposed to be way better than 360 and side by side comparisons are not very different. What are they adding new to the ps4 that will make it different than the ps3?

You don't need PS+ to play online... it is just some dumb service that gives you discounts and some extra online storage.

PS online play is free. So I pay 0.00 a month.
