Whichever is my preffered console is the one that impressess me the most. I was X360 this gen until it broke, and broke, and broke. Then i went back to PS3. Next gen is all about PS4. Yeah, xbox comes with connect and it has to be plugged in. This means that the Xbox One is NOT allowed in military areas. It is banned. All the troops will be playing PS4, and they sure do love their video games.

it doens't have to be plugged in,more false rumors. and i know soldiers that play with kinect as a mic right now so again more false info.

1) not alot but it exists. as does hacking and as does money going to gamestop over the devs.

2) xbox doens't run games on windows 8. again false info. it runs on the xbox OS. and games are made for it. then ported to PS OS. Xbox OS is more stabile and has more features and the new system has 3 OS's xbox, windows 8, and a 3rd custom one to bridge the 2. and windows 8 is an awesome OS in case you are wondering. so was 7. vista was the last bad OS they made but you clearly don't have muhc of a clue since everythig u state is false

3) umm thats what gaming is about. flagship franchises. xbox w/o halo would have failed. PS w/o MGS would have failed. if not for them, why buy a gaming system? all the sony exclusives aren't good. and they lose the good one in MGS now. all they have left os god of war which isn't even any good. xbox has good exclusives and run the cross platforms ones better. plus better online service. strip away all the features and the price and the kinect and everything and xbox wins still asa gaming console

I have completely lost all respect for you. You couldn't be more incredibly wrong.

1. Most developers never see a cent from game sales. They get their money from the publishers, and then the publishers get money from game sales. Publishers also get money from used games sales.

2. Xbox may have its own Xbox OS, but it's still incredibly similar to Windows 8 - which is AWFUL. It's not a real operating system, it's just a glorified media player. I mean, even the new Windows phone has to advertise about its camera because everybody knows Windows 8 ****ing blows chunks. Everybody knows every other Windows is bad. Windows ME - bad. Windows XP - great. Windows Vista - horrid. Windows 7 - heaven. Windows 8 - GAYTARDED!

3. Xbox would have been perfectly fine without Halo. Franchises do NOT make a console successful. PlayStation was around long before MGS, so I don't see how MGS was so important. Are you high? "All they have left is God of War" - God of War is an amazing franchise. No game is good enough to warrant buying an entire system for though.

4. Sony hasn't finished announcing all of their exclusives. So you are completely speaking out of your ***.

5. Better online service? PS Plus is getting all the bells and whistles such as party chat. All Xbox will have that's different is watching Netflix while having a Skype call. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT? *****, if I'm watching a movie (for one, it won't be on my xbox, it'd be in my ****ing blu-ray player!) you better not ****ing call me. I am not talking to you during a damn movie/tv show!

6. You say to strip away the price, features, everything, and Xbox is a better gaming console? So, all we have left is the specs of the system....PS4 is more powerful and doesn't have a modified Windows 8 OS.

Microsoft just keeps inventing things for people who are NOT gamers. Kinect? For kids. TV/Netflix/Media? For parents. And don't feed me that crap about "now they'll be new gamers" because they're not actually playing real games! They're dancing and watching tv. They don't magically become gamers just because they pop in the latest Let's Dance!

Microsoft is going to end up just like Nintendo. A respectable company, but nobody takes them serious when it comes to real gaming. They're the fluff console. They exist for family entertainment, and not for hardcore gaming. PlayStation has recognized this and has decided to cement themselves as the gamer's choice.
