1. Did you even READ the article that you linked. It gives clear quotes such as ""The DRM decision for third-party games will be up to publishers." - That does not say Used Games, just DRM. And also "We believe in the model that people embrace today with PlayStation 3." - That means **** isn't changing. The only thing that rd party publishers can do is put restrictions on certain content via online passes, like for DLC. Same as it already is.

2. Yes, PSN will charge a fee now. You're right about that. But at least the fee is only for actually playing multiplayer games. Xbox Live is required for a lot of other non-game services. I guess that's what Xbox is all about though...non-games.

3. PSN is getting a lot of upgrades, so how is that a 1st gen system? Also, less bugs on a 3rd gen? Dude, it's a modified Windows 8. Bugs galore.

4. Stop mentioning exclusives! The Xbox ones suck *** and Sony hasn't released all of their exclusives yet! My god you're dense.

1) its the same policy as MS. the DRM is in the publishers hands. they can restrict used game sales.

2) Xbox gold isn't required for netflix, hulu, or anything like that. only to play games online. but then again i don't use any of those features. my xbox is only used to play games

3) i dind't say the PS4 is a 1st gen system. i said their party chat system is 1st gen, as is eveyr online feature they are adding.

4) why would sony not announce exclsuives at E3 4 moths before the system releases.they have nothing else or it owuld be announced. they have what like 4-5 exclusives? xbox has 15. 3 times as many. with 7 being established and 8 being new

2) lol most are bad sequals? 15 exclusives 8 are new so most of them are new franchises. and halo is a bad sequel? its one of the top franchises. as is gears which i personally don't like but it is a top franchise non the less. Forza is the top racing franchise as well. and dead rising looks awesome. as does ryse but the last 2 parts are just opinions. still your wrong

The MP in Halo 4 wasn't good at all. I bet most people will actually ignore Halo 5. (most people buy halo for the mp)

Halo, CoD, and Gears of War are all ****ing simple games for ****ing simple minds. Jesus Christ. Halo had a ****ty story. Gears is ****ing generic, and CoD has devolved in hurtles since the first Modern Warfare. The first Halo had fun multi-player, and that's it.

1)yup legal data. and even with tehir partnership the game will still be on the X1 and possible even before it launches on the PS4 due to legal reasons. also bungie isn't exclsuive to PS and really halo was their big thing. if destiny flops bungie will be done. they have a lot riding on it. it looks awesome but they aren't bringing any exclsusives to the PS so IDK what good its doing them

1. If you're going to give me information about legal data. Try reading the actual data. Here's a link for you. It clearly says that "The parties also currently contemplate the development and commercial release of Destiny Game #1 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system (PS3) in the fall of 2014..." This, along with the rest of the contract, is pretty much just a fancy way of Microsoft ensuring that Destiny is released on Xbox regardless of it's available for PS3. They didn't want Bungie to become a Sony exclusive.

2. Yes, Halo is a bad sequel. They have been ever since Halo 3. Dead Rising 3 looks nothing like its predecessors. You're the only one here who likes Forza.

3. Yes, Phantasy Star Online and Socom are leagues better than Halo. And you're going to use the awful CounterStrike JOKE in your argument?
