Data Recorders

I picked up the data recorder "charge blade to the gut" and listened to it. It did not update in my pursuits nor can I re-pick it up. I opened an in-game ticket on this and have received no reply at all. Anyone else have this issue?

I reported a bug for a different data recorder. It was a data recorder that I found early on in the first few days of launch. It was fixed in a patch recently and I was still not getting credit for finding it. I sent in 2 days ago a bug report and feedback report and backed up both of those with an email to customer support through my account. Today a GM sent me an email telling me they had credited my pursuit with the correct "found" result and I got my pursuit reward. So hang in there. They are listening and responding.
