More than likely the new Elder Scrolls game was built using the PS4 which would explain the Beta arriving there.

Well if that's the case xbox1 should be fine since they always use unified memory lol. The only reason sony ever had problems was becouse they used fragmented memory for some reason.

Yeah that is because Skyrim was made for Xbox and the engine was one that shouldn't have been ported. However this gen the consoles are very similar so a port should be much easier.

Yeah that's why bethesda is using the mega server. One server were all the players play together should be cool.

I'm cautiously optimistic.

It's great they announced a PS4 and Xbone release, though. That will get a TON more people playing it. I just hope it's cross-play, otherwise who cares.

In that case, lame.

Probably because of Microsoft. They should have done the same thing as FFXIV:ARR and just have it on PS3/PS4 and have it cross-play with PC version.

Probably because the PC version of ESO will be much better looking and more polished. xD

it's for the same contractual reasons.. ms refuses to play with others, especially if sony is in the field as well, it's not a tech issue, it all boils down to ms.. who if they cant have it themselves, would deny everybody else.

Still doesn't mean that Sony can't link with the PC version? Xbox could just be on it's own.
