    How do you earn rep? I was at a gun store and I was unable to buy it but had 0 rep. Had enough scrips

    Co-Op "dungeons" award reputation, and some world events do too.

    Those are tokens available from contracts (like "finish instance") which available from ego250 but disabled in beta.
