I ask again why do we find out they never intended to have dlc at all till after season 1 ended? and why hasn't this kind of thing been put on the website, developer interviews from 3rd party sites is not a example of good internal PR

The area around Las Vegas would make more sense given its proximity to the Bay area and how it would not directly affect the show's setting.
