The Musō Shinden-ryū/Musō Jikiden Eishin-ryū nseems to be the more respectful, however the Tenshin Shōden Katori Shintō-ryū looks less formal and quicker..

Would rather have a second, and if its our choice I choose the Musō Shinden-ryū school. I have studied Musō Shinden-ryū Iaido for a number of years, and I am familiar with that styles Koryu.
