Season Pass if you bought it, do you regret it?

Not really, I enjoy the game and don't have to worry about a monthly subscription. I just hope the later DLC's aren't rushed and half a**ed due to running out of time due to the next season starting. They aren't leaving themselves a whole lot of time. I got it with my Steam pre-order the day before launch, so I think I only paid like $20. I can spend that in one night at a bar pretty easy, the game will bring me many more hours of enjoyment and entertainment.

Less sex though.

To MagellanD, I doubt they'll do otherwise. Rerolling for a new race is pretty much the standard.

It's my fear as well. It will be so Sad. 1.) Pay for DLC which MAIN feature is new Race 2.) Unable to Use it because I refuse to play the same content over again.

You think the community is angry now? Whoa once the garbage downtime and bugs are fixed from the DLC launch they will be, madder having to pay bits or having to re roll a character.

They already stated at E3 that the DLC would allow you to turn your current human or irath into a castathin, retaining all levels and progress without loss.

I totally regret giving them my money. Games always broken and when they try fixing it ha they end up breaking more things. I'm so bored on this game all it is running here run there. No more missions or sides or anything worth doing. Oh a siege oh cool...boring after hundreds of em. Arkfalls....always boring. Coop maps....BORING. dlc.....lucky if we get one before xbone or ps4. Glad elder scrolls online is going console. They'll do it right.

I don't know if that's completely true though (oh the complaining certainly is). As I recall there was some mention that they were going to allow some way and some form of re-do to characters. Personally, I think they should allow people to either buy or use resources to purchase some item that they can then access to change their character. Maybe once the item is in your inventory you would have to use scrip to do so.

And in some SP games there were ways to change at least appearances if not races and classes. I know some people don't think Trion should let people do this, any of this and it makes no sense. If someone doesn't want to do it, then don't do it, but why be against other people being able to do it. I don't understand this interwebz.

I do think it would be a mistake to make it set in stone that people couldn't change their current character once a new race drops. I believe they could do a couple different things. First off, for anyone that doesn't want to pay for it or do anything else, allow a one time change. Second, what I said above-allow other options for those who will pay and/or allow the use of ingame resources if someone wants to be able to change more than one time and to any character.

Part of my issue is like yours-I'm not sure I want to play the mission all over again, but I also would rather not have to try to re-do all the pursuits and leveling up. Maybe later I will but not now. And, inventory slots don't transfer over. Some other things do, but not those. And even if I create another character, I may well want to change that one's appearance later on. More options=win.

For two weeks we got pretty lanterns we could watch float in the sky!!! That was UBER Awesome!
We have a years worth of moaning sound effects at what used to be major hangout spots in the game!
Dodge challenger races where arkfalls monarchs and other debris make it extra challenging!
Never ending arkfalls that go the full 30 minutes with non stop skitterlings!

You will be able to change race once with DLC, with bits you can rename or change the appearance. Im assuming if you change race, youll be able to redo the appearance.

If the new DLC comes with new land and new coops, you won't necessarily have to do all the old content again. Even the tutorial might be different. But because Defiance is essentially player-skill levelling rather than character levelling, you can trundle off to Sausalito or San Fran or wherever from the start. I certainly could with all the nice weapons I get from my arkfall codes and steam bonuses.

edit: I haven't seen any of the E3 stuff except the charge blade, so I may be wrong on any part of my speculations.

Indeed but that's a tone of grinding when doing missions and EGO pursuits is the fastest way to get back up there.
