Paid the full price for the Season Pass, don't regret it at all.

Contrary to what some of the traffic here wants to insist, the game runs beautifully for me. I experience few if any bugs now, none game-breaking. I realize a lot of the complaints are probably console-specific, but on the PC I really have no problems connecting, playing, and enjoying it as often and as long as I want to.

I'm a reasonably patient adult gamer, so I don't feel as though I have to finish everything ASAP and then have something else released RIGHT NOW. I actually really dislike the idea of Day 1 DLC in games just on general principle, and even Week 1 or Month 1 DLC makes me feel like it should have just been included in the initial release content to begin with. Doesn't bother me a bit to have it take longer and be spaced out over a longer period of time.

I do hope that when we get the DLC with the new race in it, that we'll be able to open up an additional character slot though. I'd much rather make a new Castithan as a unique toon, than change one of my existing ones into a different race. That would be... weird.

^_^ oh I'm still laughing at this. With Bathesda's track record the game will only be partially playable at launch. They'll patch it breaking the game further (I know I know, sounds familiar right?) and when they finally do get around to fixing it they'll be happy with just kind of playable.

Why? Because that is what we let they get away with and still give them game of the year awards for the Elder Scrolls series. The game has been broken since Arena and still they refuse to fix their code, they just repaint it.

Do I feel ripped off for buying the season pass? Hell no. I get access to another race, and following trend we have 5 more races to unlock before we're done. (That's if we can play as the sentient shade of blue) I get a new weapon and access to a new weapon class, which by the by you get too for free. I get a new vehicle and new missions. If we go by the pay model for Tera the vehicle would cost me $40 for a permanent account feature, less for the 30-day or 7-day timed access. If we go by the WoW model the new race would be $40 for the expansion, and another $45 for the vehicle.

I got the season pass for $29. I'm happy even if this is the only DLC I get.

Oh yeah that is too funny. Bethesda makes great games, no denying, but not everyone loves their style either. And bugs, please. Anyone that thinks Trion owns the bug consortium should check out topics on PS3s that Oblivion bricked.

Tell me this, would you rather have more additions to the game that conflicts with the already existing game and then creates more problems or would you prefer to have a version that has at least been tested out? I have no doubt whatsoever that there's going to be some unanticipated issues even after it has been released. Honestly, you all complain about bugs and such but when Trion focus on reducing them you complain just as much; is there any pleasing you lot?

Next, when it does comes out, you'll be the ones back crying a week or two later because you have nothing else to do because you rushed through it all and didn't take your time.

Do I regret buying it? No, fortunately, I actually have patience.
I have patience too and I don't mind waiting for the content. In the mean time I play DAoC and Rift. But I didn't buy the season pass. I NEVER buy season passes for any game. I don't understand giving up my money early to save $10 over the course of a season. I'll just buy each DLC as it comes out. Maybe even skip one or two if they don't contain features I'm interested in.

I paid full price for the Seasons Pass and regret it.

Trion's (constantly failing) actions and (utter incompetent) decisions have caused me to lose faith in the company as a whole...and I have never said that before.

Yes, so releases are rough, but the companies strive to get everything fixed and stable in quick order. Trion either does not care about resolving the plethora of issue, or are just to incompetent too. I am banking on the latter as they more often then not break previously fixed issues with each patch while at the same time failing to fix what they originally fixed. It is like they have a bunch of monkey just banging on the keyboards for a while, and then implement a 'patch'.

The DLC will be coming to late for me, because there are other games being released by proven competent companies I will be jumping ship for. Though I paid full price for it, I will take the loss as a fee for learning to never give Trion any of my money again.

I don't regret getting the season pass but i do wish i didn't have such high hopes for the launch of the game. Maybe if i didn't go into the game thinking what an amazing idea they had from all the hype and commercials for it I'd have enjoyed the game more through all the issues.

Nothing to regret yet, is there?
Be patient and you may have a reason apart from time to regret.

Nope, no regrets whatsoever. This is an MMO, so I know going into it what to expect in its first year of life. If anyone doesn't at this point had better check the rock they have been living under. This is my first shooter since the original Doom and am loving every minute of it. I don't regret buying the game or the season pass and greatly anticipate what Trion and SyFy can bring to us in months and years to come.
