How to get orange guns?!?!?!?

Iv bought at least 30-40 tier 4 lockboxes and have not gotten an orange gun. My buddy got one on his first try, my other buddy has gotten 2 within buying 15-20??!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?? WHAT THE !?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?

Get a four leaf clover, a horseshoe, and a rabbit's foot. Make sure you haven't broken any mirrors in the past 7 years.

I've gotten an orange weapon from each of the lockbox tiers. I guess it's just about luck. Although there was one time that I just had a feeling that I would get one, went to a lockbox and got an orange bull rush 45 with bonuses including +4 mag lol.

Tier 3 are 6% chance and tier 4 are 8%. And it is also random.

I feel your pain, I have been buying lock boxes since the game went live, and have yet to see an orange weapon at all. Personally I would love to see orange weapon rewards for like NIM, that was a very disappointing reward for a very difficult fight.

Just keep trying, hopefully you don't get one that has completely worthless bonus stats to it. My inventory is getting full of oranges that I probably will never use.
