Fastest leveling & EGO'ing way nowdays?

You're like the first person I've seen complain about time trials and hotshots in Pursuits. Pursuits are there to give incentive to do them and they vary the gameplay a little bit. I had a blast playing and getting Gold on them all my first time. I hope they introduce a lot more in DLC.

Side missions not so much since they are kinda boring and repetitive.

I dislike strongly having to get silver in the races for the series of area pursuits. I HATE the thought of having to get gold in all of them for the other pursuit. I play this game to shoot things, can't stand racing games, and I don't understand why I have to be good at racing a barely controllable vehicle to get full completion...

Because it's a challenge and not everything should be easily fed to you?

Remag- actually I am not the first but it is a very small minority. Not everyone likes 'race' type content, I am one of them. As I said it is optional stuff made mandatory. This is a shooter not a racer and it is definently not Twisted Metal. If scrip wasn't so useless I wouldn't even have bought the two vehicles I have bought. As you said about side missions being repetitive and boring that is how I feel about the time trials. At least with side missions you can choose your loadout you have no choice but to do the trials on a runner. I'll take 50k+ kills as a choice any day over doing the time trials.

I have no issue with a challenge related to shooting, I enjoy them and look forward to it.

I DO have an issue with challenge related to driving influencing my ability to close out my pursuits.

Pretty bad I guess, took me at least 3 tries on the majority of the races to even get Silver. Yes, my runners are at 20.

Why would you want to level your ego?
All you get is higher Ark Salvage costs.

I am at ~3800 right now, trying to level to get that 4th mod slot open so I DON'T have the higher Ark Salvage cost.

I will give you a break and say that after the vehicle HP nerf and the inclusion of lots of Volge emergencies they probably are harder nowadays.

Also, if you use kb/m, it's best to remap some of the vehicle controls. I have it where spacebar is boost and Alt is powerslide. If it's still uncomfortable you could always plug in a controller for vehicles.
