Okay I have a really good fiber optic connection (45meg down and 25meg up). I have played this game and have had some great games. I played some player era player and just straight wrecked some fools. Well when I play black ops 2 I get straight wrecked. I will unload a whole clip into someone's backside to only have them turn around and shoot me once right in the head.
Where am I going with this? Well the cod games use a heavy lag compensation system to help people with garbage Internet connections compete against those with an awesome Internet connection. Since this a server game and not a peer to peer game line 99% of Xbox live games, are these people having issues the ones who are using a wifi connection across two floors while their dad is watching your tube, mom checking Facebook and their sister using iTunes to listen to justice beaver?
I have a feeling this may be the case. If so that is awesome because this game is basically saying " hay quit stealing Internet from your neighbor". Sorry I might be a little annoyed with the peer to peer mentality that M$ has forced on us xbox live users.

Im having my disconnection issues no mater who else is on the internet even when im the only one. My wifi is in the room beside me and i was able to play without disconnecting through the original lag and until early Saturday. So its not my internet

I get disconnected, I am the only one home, I only open my laptop and connect to WiFi if I am not in a match or doing anything, and my xbox is hard connected to my router, and I have a pretty damn good down speed, not no fiber optic status, but better than most. So.... I am going with, probably not

I'm playing defiance without any lag problems and i have my laptop on watching youtube videos, brother in his room playing COD online, and my other brother downstairs playing his xbox online too and thats not it, my parent is on her ipad watching sky live.

I'm not getting any lag problems or connecting problams since the beta started.

So the first two replays are by one who is using wifi and not able to connect and another person who using their laptop and Xbox at the same time? This is a beta and they are stress testing the servers. Maybe close your lap top stop surfing **** and the other guy spend $20 for 20 feet of good cable and hardwire your Xbox. My 45meg down and 25 meg up is an ok connection speed in today's standards. I have a buddy who has a who gig down and 750 megs up (google Internet). People who are in apartment buildings sharing a wifi or who are in another room from their wifi don't realize all the interference their signal is coming under not to mention how unstable. Those who are running multiple devices don't realize how hard your router and modem is working to give priority to which ever device. Not only are you connection to trion servers but your first having to connect to the Microsoft server who then routes you to trion. Quit looking at **** while running to your next mission....
