Potatoes.. Make your own chips! Remove skin by cutting potatoes into rectangles, large white potatoes, then using a veggie peeler, peel thin slices of the potato so they look like chips, soak in cold water for an hour in fridge to remove starch, heat half an inch canola or veggie oil in a large pan till it just shimmers, pat dry potato slices, drop into pan in one layer, cook for about three to five minutes, remove and let drain on paper towels, season with whatever, and voila! Home made potato chips! <3

well if youre gonna do that then when you do wrap it, make sure to use a fork and poke holes in it or it WILL explode, trust me, i have made countless mistakes in my past working in restaurants and not poke holes into the potatoe before i microwave it lmao...lets just say a lot of security came into the kitchen when they heard a really loud POOOOF!!! lmfao...since then i learned, poke holes into potatoes before nuking them
