    Trions Stats on Boosts Quoted by them!!

    So last night I posted an angry tweet to @defiancegame cannot believe you admit your boosts are not working but your still selling them to players who are not aware! !! Disgusting,

    They respond with this
    "@ohagan84 Boosts work 99.9999% of the time. We do have cases where they can get bugged. If you have an issue our CS team will assist you."

    To me that suggests 1 in 100,000 has this error?

    Well atleast 8 people responded to their tweet calling it a lie, and 6 people I was online last night with also laughed at this stats. That alone proves the stat wrong and how deluded this company is.

    What do you think about this tweet and how does it make you feel?

    I makes me feel that 8 people should have contacted Customer Support and you made 6 people laugh.

    I only ever bought boosts on DUST514 because it's pure multiplayer, plus they visibly work. As for boosts on Defiance, I can just grind in PvE for my stats. If it was pure multiplayer, I might of considered it, otherwise your better off buying extra inventory slots.

    I think what they meant to say was it doesn't work 99.99999999% of the time.
    But we will still take your money. If you contact support they will say they have no proof of what your saying and you a lying to them, put a ticket in wait 7 days ticket closed with no response,

    I don't think whoever wrote that was being literal, I think they just meant "most of the time".

    I thought so too but from a companies stand point you should post stats as these are seen as facts. Words can have many meanings depending on their format but stats are just facts and as such evidence or either their deluded belief in their ability or their own stupidity and ignorance of their customers.

    I wouldn't mind if this was a free service but people are loosing money and it's wrong

    Anything paid for with real money that is faulty should either be refunded or replaced, but like all the issues reported on here mate Trion aint gonna even read it.

    The only thing that would make the Jump Up and Open Their Eyes would be an official lawsuit from someone who feels he has been robbed by them and has proof. And also i think everyone needs to read the TnCs they agreed to before playing the game because i bet the have a clause in the small print protecting them. If they dont then its time to phone a solicitor and trading standards.

    That's where we have the advantage in the UK/EU, you don't need lawsuits. You go to the small claims court, present your case and the judge makes a decision.

    As for small print you can not sign away statutory protection or consumer rights. A good deal of conditions in T&C's are seen as being unfair to the consumer, under EU Law, and therefore have no legal power.

    I eagerly wait for the day some idiot attempts this haha. Good luck proving yourself in a court case over these issues. I think that some people need to get their heads out of their *** and look at the situation realistically. Yes you may or may not have problems with the game, but you're not the only person that owns a copy and I'd certainly go as far to say that you aren't the only one with some form of problem in regards to it. On top of that, do you even take into consideration the numbers of the team handling the issues? Probably not, I suspect, which is why a handful seem to believe issues and problems can be solved off the bat.

    Here's a tip; Always read the small print before you choose to accept them blindly. You don't and you agree regardless? Tough ****, it's basically cemented there and then. Cut your losses and move on before you dig your own grave.
