Hot Fix or Hot Mess?

Have exactly all the same problems as before "not fix"? Still getting timed out server message, still

freezing up during freight yard, still getting logged off at random times, pvp is still a mess, guy will

get stuck in graphics at ladders, player gets wrapped in lag or something where he can barely walk

let alone run, people running in the sky, invisible cerberus, spawning dead, players running around

with no heads, been going on for over a week now but other than that the game has no

bugs,lmfao. Still play pvp though. Eastern US.

You should realize in playing Defiance, you should expect this stupid crap to happen. No matter how many "hot fixes" they do, there's always something wrong with the game, minor or major. Defiance is like a leaking dam where the cracks are filled with bubblegum to keep the water from gushing out. It's only a matter of time before something goes wrong.

There has been zero time.
they so far are 0 for every patch in getting something right or not having a problem. they need to up that average significantly.

I wouldn't expect a baseball team to keep a player if he's never got so much of a hit every time he's been at bat.

I don't blame those abandoning the game.

AFTER the most recent hotfix....
- Courier grenades pass THROUGH the hellion, and dont hit the Hellion.
- When grinding down weapons into salvage, you will select to grind it down... and NOTHING happens except the deletion of the item you try to make salvage out of (giving you no salvage in return). THIS is EXTREMELY crappy, especially because now Trion increased the amounts of salvage required to modify weapons with slots.
- People at ark falls while moving are sinking into the ground at the arkfalls. I havent been able to confirm what happens to them when this happens on "my" screen cause the last 3 people I was playing the game with quit last weekend because of the 'friend/group" social functions not working for days.
- Siege Modes are STILL locking up or kicking me and others who I am temporarily grouped with out of the game. More in SanFran than anywhere else.
- After removing mods from a weapon, the salvage required will sometimes be taken and the mods remain on the weapon. Either the mods get removed at a various time later after checking repeatedly, or sometimes they stay until you attempt to remove them again, still costing more salvage.
- Pistol converter mag mods cant be placed on Votan Blasters regardless of having or not having synergies or nanos on them. Rendering any Votan Pistol Blaster without a nano pretty much useless to all pistol converter mods with matching synergies (Cannoneer Incendiary Pistol Converter Mag Mod for a Cannoneer Votan Pistol Blaster... useless and wont let you use it).
- Join Phase works 10% of the time. Never when you are below average ground level when an objective dictates your location be there, rendering group functions useless because you end up in seperate worlds.
-Lastly, when you actually CAN be in a group the members in your group become invisible (wit their name greyed out) ANY TIME you are in an area below average ground level trying to achieve killing 99ers at mines. You simply end up in completely seperate worlds not able to play together.

As always though... Im still pulling for this game. But like alot of others I will not judge those who quit. And I understand why and can empathize with their frustration. *shrug*

i can connect fine. thats a plus. problem is, i cant shoot or switch weapons, call in my runner, or kill anything.

I have shelved this game. Seems like Trion have no idea what they are doing or clearly don't give a ****. Expect some more useless store tat instead of fixing this broken *** game, and yes my patience has worn off.
