I'm loving this game!

Oh hello.

I've always wanted a decent MMO on PS3 and after DUST 514 turned out to be garbage, I've been left waiting. But now Defiance has come along and delivered pretty much everything I've wanted.

The only downside is that I may not be able to get it at launch. Which leads me to a question.

Seeing as the game ties in with the TV series, if I bought the game for example, after the first two episodes had aired (probably won't be that long) would I still get to play all the missions that tie in with the show?

Also, are the main missions in the beta related to the TV series, or are they a separate storyline?

Feel the same way. Its only the beta but I think I'm addicted lol. @Evil I don't think its gonna matter much if you watch the show or not, but I might be wrong though. We'll have to wait and see.

The devs mentioned earlier that missions tied to the show would only be accessable for a few days or at least a strictly limited amount of time - but i'm not sure if they're gonna do something like that during the first season or episodes.
