noobs opinion

firstly id like to say this is the first type of this game i have ever played for any length of time so i came into it not knowing what to expect, i played the beta and even though i didnt get much playtime because of disconnection issues i enjoyed what time i did have in the game. so anyway it got released and was a wee bit pricey imo considering the issues the game still has so i held off then GMG did a sale with a coupon which brought the game (dde ed.) into a price range i considered reasonable if i bought it, didnt like it and never played it past a few hours so i went for it. im still having disconnection issues and when ive had a few 'refreshments' this annoys the **** out of me if im being honest but im still really enjoying the game, i get periods when i can stay connected for a while and take part in Arkfalls and complete story missions etc and it keeps me coming back even if i have to reconnect every 15-30 minutes or so. anyway, long story short, even with its problems, i think its a very enjoyable game and i hope they continue to improve it and fix the problems. ill probly get the season pass in the hope that things will improve and i really hope they do.

i used the space bar between every word, i guess you mean paragraphs? no disrespect? hmmm. anyhoo none taken, read it or dont i just wanted to give my uneducated opinion on the game. add me in game if you want enlighten me in the ways of post construction to everybody else sorry for the WOT.

thanks for your refreshing post i too love the gameplay and the missions and the random mobs along the road to anywhere you go i dont have the connection issues many people seem to have i just have time constraints and wife aggro to deal with so i play when i can and im sure ill play this game for quite a while thx trion oh and just for shtacko and giggles i used no punctuation or paragraphs

If you're getting disconnected on loading screens(particularly when leaving instances), try pressing buttons while on the loading screen. Gets me through them 100% of the time. I have no idea why.

On Xbox, once you dc don't just log back. Exit to xbl, re-log in, and that should work for hours at a time.

ye pc here to, no its in game, i play for a while then there comes a point where i cant shoot, reload, change weapons or damage enemies anymore. im still in the game but cant do anything and theres nothing on the map or my weapon loadout screens etc. i said disconnection issues and i do get these but this is the main issue. like i said im a noob and im just getting used to the game so ill have a look around the forum at the tech help section etc and see if anybody else has the same issues and have found a fix.

Check your firewall, adjust your ports as needed. I used to have the same problem, it was my firewall not giving Defiance love. Its not the game.
