How many disconnects have you gotten tonight?

I'm on about 10-12, or once every 15 minutes of play. If I go into the menu during a lot of action, forget about it I'm d/c. Can't do much of anything without upsetting the game and it booting me. Oh and I hardly ever have lag problems in any game on any system. I'm usually the player saying I don't have lag and don't know why people are complaining.

2 more disconnects since I made this thread (check time stamp). And I wasn't playing for half that time, just idle. Can't do anything really it seems. Guess Sat nights are no good to play.

BTW my PS3 IS hardwired so it's not wireless interference which can happen especially in apartments.

The first time you timeout you need to quit all the way out to the PS3 menu - then restart the game entirely. The problem you're having sounds like you timed out then went right back in from Defiance menu, correct?

I get into the game, start playing, and within minutes/seconds I'm booted saying it timed out. I go back into the game, same thing. 4 minutes of a co-op match is as far as I've gotten in the past several d/cs.

Are you saying I need to quit the game every time this happens? Because I haven't had issues like this before, not this bad.

Yes - do it the next time you timeout - trust me then you won't timeout again for a long while, if ever again tonight.

Just made it to round 3 in a siege, took about 5 minutes, so that's a new record for staying connected during the past hour or so.
