Besides the 3 hidden vendors there are 3 traveling vendors that spawn randomly. One is located to the west of moon shack cabin...one is located on the straight road north of shandiouls conselet and the other is east of the other vehical mod station..not iron demon, but the other..dry at work right now. They mostly sale green..I never came across any good deals from them. They do t stay up to long but once up u need to clear the area. UsallLy raiders etc then the road vendor opens up

I still think the 4th secret vender will be at the chicken ranch located across the road from the caretaker secret vender. I believe its coming with dlc. theres a few reasons for this, mainly, when i used to go there a stream of about 15 flamethrower 99er's would pour out the door and from around the sides of the building. Secondly, during that festival they had with the lanterns u had to light. there were lanterns at the chicken ranch and i could only find them at venders or emergencies and there was no emergency there. so bottom line- future "secret" vender at the chicken ranch.

You are right, and apparently the one at Heaven's Gate that isn't there anymore. None of those would count for the supposed 4th hidden location.
