no i dont use bmgs at seiges i use the detonator and a smg. that was my point i dont think anyone has the right to be screaming about what gun another player use at any event. if the devs had made a set of rules or guidelines that would have been a different story.
what im worried about is if we keep screaming nerf everything later we are going to be in trouble. the game will get harder and bad guys will get harder as well. one day we all will be laying dead because our guns wont be worth crap. but as long as i spend money on this game and there is no rules from devs then i will use the gun i like.
You could use rocket launchers there, though they cause just as much fire works. People also seem to like the Cluster shot... its all explosive weapons, they have gone mad...
1 solution is to make it so only explosions appear on the screen of the person who fires them, it would reduce lag. Then people can use hand held nukes, if they existed, as it wouldn't affect other people.
BMG never wins the kill count but we sure win the Assists, I got 184 assists earlier tonight. That helped my total.
wow you really don't get what I meant in this thread did you. detonators cause the game to glitch more when they are used it areas with lots of players. i'm not telling people what gun to use at all. so don't accuse me of something I didn't say. once trion sorts out the glitch where it causes major lag then it wouldn't make a difference. but at places like sieges it does at the moment. I couldn't give two sh**ts what guns people use but for the benefit of all others that it has been affecting, as I know a lot of people have complained about it, then it would be helpful for people not to use them in crowded places. ..Also I wrote the thing about what guns I use as I thought you meant you wanted to know what guns are best to use. so if your gonna be all 'he cant tell me what to do' an stuff (I never said you cant use them...I said please don't) then go do it on some thread with someone moaning how their gonna sell the game or some crap. this thread was meant to get the devs attention to fix it sooner as when I spoke to them on chat they said it was one of the problems they were gonna try to fix, as it contributes to people getting kicked out at sieges due to the game struggling to handle it all <<< TRION said that. The best way to do Sieges is to equip a Detonator and shoot it up in the air repeatedly. Make sure you stand next to the Ammo so you can shoot during the whole Siege!

if you have keeping up with these threads everyday then you know all the crying about guns and powers. what im saying is it dont matter if its arkfalls,pvp or seiges someone has just got to say PLEASE STOP USEING THIS WEAPON OR POWER. so why dont all you experts make a weapon and power chart. start with the story line and go each thing untill you get to seiges. let all the players know just what gun and power would make you all happy.
i have been playing since day one taking my time playing this game. i very much would like to play pvp but i dont want to get yelled at because i dont use the gun and power that everyone thinks i should.
as far as people stop playing this game it is their game to play,sell or break. i cant help what everyone else does or dont do. the lag happens when the enemies comes in large waves and lots of players are there. i can wait until trion gets the game fixed so i take that part in stride. i just refuse to allow a person i dont know and have never met to tell me what gun to us
i all most dont want to log in the forums anymore because this kind of thing is everyday. i try to just read and not reply to these threads but some days i just cant stand it any longer. what makes anyone in defiance anymore of an expert than the next player thats played from day one.
yes this game need work i will agree on that much. blasting trion everyday does not get things fixed any sooner. ripping players everyday does not mean they will bend to your will. there is an old saying that i think we should think about (LIVE AND LET LIVE).
i do and still will use what ever gun that i like and does the job.

I really don't get you. I never said to stop using the gun all together, I never said I want it nerfed, I never told you to use specific guns (I gave my personal opinion on what guns seem to work, some people may agree some wont) I have played from day one as well and it is a great game, and it'll get fixed eventually, I just hope they delay the dlc until the bulk of the game is fixed. Trion itself was the people who confirmed that detonators going off in big groups of people cause it to lag more as the game struggles. I thought when they updated the game to try an fix server crashes that it would be part of it. it obv wasn't. yes use what ever gun you want, I still use my infector a lot.. mainly in freight yard... yes lots of people have complained about that in the past but I didn't use it while it was causing crashes as that wont help the game at all. I don't 'blast' trion everyday, I spoke to them a while back when I was talking to them about my character coming up as deleted or do i 'rip players everyday' when I normally comment/post I do it in reply to people to help them. Also I never said I was a expert on this game, (I was just stating something that I have noticed and others have noticed and apparently trion are gonna fix)... I know plenty of people who are higher lever and a lot better than me. But yes I agree lots of people do complain everyday an chat s**t just cause they find something hard but I am not one of them. So yea go ahead and have a go at those people (check all their posts firsts) as if they are that sad to be on everyday complaining then they deserve it, but as I said I am not one of them.
