Can someone tell me why the plague event at Bolinas Smeltery is not working for me. It showed on my map and when I arrived it just had a blue circle around it to say I was in its area. No points or other people showed. So I fast traveled out and drove back there but the issue remained.
I need to complete this as I have done all the other parts of it.
I am on Xbox 360 EU.

The only time I ever saw the blue on map and no action on the ground was due to lag/latency and leaving the challenger race in the middle to do the Siege. I had to wait until it gave me 10secs remain to drive through a update ring on the race. I did not drive through the next ring update and the race ended.After that I had no issue and the seige was available.
