With the removal of Sieges...

Sadly, I think removing sieges from the game is going to sap content from an already shallow pool.

Content that happens once an hour (or more) and lasts less than 20 minutes. I know, I know .. ZOMG SIEGES! .. but ultimately... its a single encounter taken out of the game. Not like in another MMO if they killed a zone. Honestly, its actually less time involved content than hunting for data recorders as that at least requires you to wonder around and be observant (or be lazy and look them up).

That's the reason this panic is so hilarious to some of us. PLUS we don't even know for sure that we will have to wait for the Volge... don't get me wrong, not holding my breath, but they could add different kind of sieges between now and then for all we know. Its the end of a major event. That's all it is.. doesn't mean there won't be more stuff soon, and even if we have to wait for the DLC, its potentially (If they make target) a month away. A MONTH. That's not that long.

I wouldn't mind so much if i still didn't get timed out on arkfalls. Sieges just made ps3 slow to react but I hardly ever time out from one, whereas the last few arkfalls have caused me to dc. So taking sieges away and only leaving arkfalls as the means to get keys makes it painful.. not that keys were main reason I did sieges, the rewards I get from keys haven't been worth the effort recently.

I am er 3468, I am having enough problems with desire to continue already. I don't play pvp so some pursuits are just out of my reach, but I have been using weapon skills as my hobby.

as for lack of sieges, if the are taken out
at least we have minesweeper

Everyone is been friendly enough and even though some seem to be willing other to get more angry than simply expressing that for them the loss of seige's is in someway impacting their level of immersment or enjoyment in the game - it has been on topic and well mannered.

Internet memes usually don't equate to constructive. That is what was removed.

Although I am grateful for their removal to an extent, (As I may actually be able to play the game again, even though I don't really want to.) from what I have heard, they were actually kind of fun, (Never got to test them out personally, as Sieges broke my game whenever they were in existence on the map.) so I pity those who will leave as a result of their new fun being taken away so soon.

Just finished one. Once again, AR beats detonator, lol.

You must not have been in china town with me. I use a det, but I also use another gun because the det is just too slow for killing single target. For 3+ targets it is much faster than any other gun with the Deadly Cascade perk on.


I can only play sieges at my friend's house because my connection here is non-game-able.
If I got to an Arkfall, PvP or Sieges I get the crit d/c.

At my friend's I still get disconnected, but not all the time. Lately connectivity has been MUCH better.
