NO. One bad stat (mastery), not completely useless, just bad for that kind of gun. Bad Synergy for that gun too.

NO. Mastery stat not good for gun type. Stowed reload is an iffy stat, you must have a secondary gun with at least 4 in the mag for it to take effect (That means it is completely useless with Rockets and sawed offs)

ALMOST, all the stats are good except for the synergy. Machinist on any quick reload weapons doesn't do much. The synergy does however make it a great secondary weapon, if your primary has long reload (sawed off, LMG) and machinist and your looking to use machinist. I personally am not a fan of Machinist.

My Votes: No on all three.
The Nomad comes close, but could have used a Mod Synergy and set of Mods for it.
The 8% damage/next shot is ok.... but not really a strong bonus

No it isn't. Mastery Stat is horrible for an SMG. It is Near Perfect by the guide lines.

That is a ****ing mythical beast. Put some mythical beast armor on it to put it up to standards, but all the permanent stat rolls are fantastic.
