Missing Muir Processing Vendors

For a couple weeks now, the regular and Eschelon vendors at Muir Processing Plant have been missing for me. I can stand where they are both supposed to be even when friends in the same phase as me can see them, stand on top of them, etc. No other vendors in the game are missing for me.

This happen to anyone else? I'm on NA PS3 server. Have not filed a ticket as I have not got around to it yet, but curious if I'm the only one. Thanks.

yes this is the only time it has been missing for me!
if you have cleared the mission get a ticket for it.

OK, I'm at the point of the main story where I first met the machinist woman and have missions that start at Top Notch. If this is why they are missing, then I'll progress and see if they come back. Thanks.
