It looks like Steam finally went live with the game properly now, and I found out why I was missing some of the items. The was another CD Key called "Defiance Tiered Rewards Key" that wasn't there for me earlier. But now that I've added that to the Trion account it's working.
Anyhow the grey Hannibal was called the "Terrestrial Motorworks Hannibal 800R", there is a faster one called "TMW Hannibal VBI Black/Red" but as far as I know you need to buy it with 960 Bits. I think it's the same one Cass uses in the tutorial.
