What are you basing this on? I can see the Ls, but the E's a bit of a stretch, and I make it two letters between the Ls and two after. I can also see what looks like a quotation mark (") after the seond L.

L**EL im sure on, as for the middle 2, iv seen that symbol a few times when using words where the second letter is O, so something o,

so far all the images iv seen have used it for RO or FO, im not so sure any more as it seems to be croping up alot. but always when the word has an O as the second letter. iv seen it in Rosewater and iv seen it in For. couldnt get a clear enough shot to distinguish between the to

I'm looking at it like cursive. The symbols look different when written alone and when written together. Some look attached to one another. So, That looks like "LNI" to start.
