After several days of pulling my hair out, driving my dog crazy and not getting enough sleep.... Here are a few things that have come to my attention. WARNING this is going to be a VERY long message.... Lots to Cover! Actually split up into several messages because I have tried to include 21 images including the use of [img] tags and HTML <img> tags when only 10 are allowed per post.

I wrote to several of the "People in the know" - can't mention any names as the conversations were supposed to be off the record.... Specific Questions I asked were in relation to other websites because I kept thinking that we had covered defiance.com and in no uncertain terms I was told ..... AT THIS TIME there are NO codes Outside of the Official Defiance Universe.

If you think about it... These codes are supposed to be for EVERYONE to FIND and USE so.... Chances are that at least the vast majority of them would be "hidden in plain sight" where the average person would be able to see/find them. Now that does leave a small window for some codes to be cleverly hidden but In my Opinion - they are not going to require TOO MUCH effort to find them.

It might be a good idea to go back over our master list of codes and keep very detailed descriptions on exactly where each code was found... these may give us more clues as to where and how these are being revealed.

On that note: Required Effort would most likely be looking at this code hunt as if we were brand new to Defiance as a TV Series and as a Game. Where would we go for information? What would be need to know in order to play the game? What would we like to find out about the TV Show? I think that these types of questions will lead us to the right places to find the codes. If we look at the clues that we have been given so far - and read the posts that have been made by the admins regarding the codes etc... there are some pretty good clues.

Here is a list of the posts that one of our friends have made over the last few days where they are mentioning codes etc. I am also including any post that is related to a place that we have confirmed that a code came from there.

As of Just after Midnight Saturday Feb. 2nd / Sunday Feb. 3rd early morning those are the messages that I found. I may have missed some but at least that gives us a great start... I propose that everyone chime in with where they think their strengths and skill sets plus the willingness to work on the (code hunting) so we can kind of volunteer for assignments - that way we can kind of make sure that we are viewing each and every web page, email, trailer, video, live stream, picture, newsletter, added content, etc. It's just a thought. I know we are missing something .... I'm going back to the very basics. I have been checking my own list here and going back over each thing that is mentioned. I'm looking at things from a very literal sense as well as from a generic perspective - hopefully this will yield something useful.

I was in CryptoLogic for many years with the Air Force so I will be focusing on the languages.

Everyone is doing a FANTASTIC job.... I know this thread has an awful LOT of posts - and we see many duplicate things because its nearly impossible for someone to come into it and actually read all of it if they were not here from the beginning.... so Please be KIND to everyone - we are all here for the same reasons.... We Want to Find those CODES... I know that we can do it if we all work together like we have been.

So we have any volunteers to work on languages with me? Will need several on each area... With all of that said. If you are still reading this... Congrats - You are just as INSANE as I am and we have "Got It Bad"!!!

Anyone notice that the lrathient translater page has been taken down... now there is a message in its place that says "There is no such language in the Defiance Universe"... Makes ya go Hmmmmm... was it too good or was it way off base or did it just make the "powers that be" a little upset that it would have made it too easy if everyone had access to it without learning the language or figuring it out on their own? Now who's the one being paranoid?

Just because I think that everyone is out to get me - does not mean that they are NOT out to get me LOL...
