They're added by members. There's a button "Add/Edit Tags". Everyone is allowed to add two tags.

I can say I've contributed as well.

Hi fellow code hunters,

I've been stalking this forum from day one and although haven't contribute as much as I should,I am going blind with 6 alpha numerical codes

Just want to give a big thanks to all you guys and I'm sure there are many more like me.....and maybe...just maybe ill for once find one before some of you hardcore hunters

Morning all, I'm reporting back to the frontlines.

So none of the codes I dreamt of worked, despite the cat saying that last one was good.

One thing that hit me as I went to bed yesterday was that all the non-static ads I've seen were german, regardless of the websites being english or french, so the other people checking german sites might well get only ads in their language unless they use a german or french proxy. There might still be some codes hidden in french/german ads out there while we can pretty much rule out the content of the websites themselves as that should have been thoroughly cross-checked by now.
