Yeah, I loaded at the highest possible quality and it's still blurry. I have a good computer, but I just don't know anything about making videos or pictures clearer.
I was gonna say I don't think they would hide codes that deep in a video, but after that base64 code, I wouldn't be too surprised.

they said on the ark codes thing on the main site, some are easy to see, others need good eye sight. not superhuman. tbh i think codes are always visable with the naked eye. if you ant supe it up to max res and still cant make it out. i dont think it is.

my wife asked me what i was doing on the computer? i told her looking for arkfall codes, my son looked at her and said"duh, here's your sign", i almost fell out of my chair laughing. lol
